Travel & Lodging Information
NCRS has secured rooms at several hotels in the area adjacent to the
Convention Center and host hotel. Directions to the show site and to
all hotels will be sent to you with your NCRS Convention Registration
Confirmation; information on all hotels will be sent to you at the same
time. We have secured hotel rooms at varying service and cost levels.
You must be registered with NCRS in order to reserve a room at one of
the official NCRS hotel room blocks; persons failing to register with
NCRS risk having their reservations within NCRS hotel room blocks cancelled.
Please wait to make your hotel reservations until you receive your NCRS
Convention Registration Confirmation.
NCRS Registration Information
Please register as soon as possible beginning 2/11/08. Registration
Forms postmarked prior to 2/11/08 or incomplete forms will not be processed
and will be returned to the sender. Registration forms received
in the Cincinnati office after 6/2/08 will not be processed and will
be returned to the sender. After 6/2/08, you may only register on-site
at the convention, you will not be able to register a Corvette for any
event, and you will be subject to a $30 additional registration fee.
Your pre-registration makes it possible for NCRS to effectively plan
and produce a great convention at a very reasonable cost. Your early
registration will minimize the chances that your car will be wait listed,
or that you will not be able to attend a particular event. We anticipate
significant interest in many events. Convention registrations will be
confirmed by return mail (mailed every two weeks starting early March).
Registration packets, meal tickets, shirts and name badges must be picked
up at the NCRS Registration Desk. Please wear your name badge at all
times- it is required for admission to all NCRS events.
Cancellation Information
NCRS Convention and/or Judging Registration cancellations must be received
in writing (US Mail, fax or email) by Monday, June 2, 2008, and will
be subject to a $25 service charge. There will be no refunds for cancellations
received after June 2, 2008.
