Don't Miss Out
The NCRS 2010 Convention may be the best one ever. The Carolinas Chapter has hosted several Regional Meets at this location and they have all been very well received. They have also gained a lot of experience in the effort. The Carolinas Chapter has teamed up with the Southeastern Chapter and has recruited many volunteers to help provide us with all of the amenities we have grown to expect at our National Conventions. We have several fine hotels situated right together so events will be easy to get to.
The Judging field has been changed to the zMAX Drag Strip just a short way from the Convention Hotels. The Board of Directors did a site visit during the Board Meeting (March 20) and was very impressed with the facility. The zMAX Dragway is the only four-lane, all-concrete drag strip in the world; it seats 30,000 spectators; covers 46.5 acres and features a 34,000 square-foot starting line tower. It is not your typical 1960’s drag strip!! Judging will be held in the 100,000 sq. ft. concrete area under the grandstands which will provide shade most of the day. We will be using one of the grandstand luxury suites (air conditioned) for lunches, a judges’ lounge and the tab room. Shuttle transportation will be available all during the event and there is plenty of parking available for those who choose to drive. Trailers will be parked only a short walk from the Judging Field and RV parking will be on the premises.

Convention Registration Information
Please register as soon as possible beginning February 1, 2010. Registration forms postmarked prior to February 1, 2010 or incomplete forms will not be processed and will be returned to the sender. Registration forms received in the Cincinnati office after June 1, 2010, will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
After June 1, 2010, you may only register on-site at the convention. You will not be able to register a Corvette for any event, and you will be subject to an additional $40.00 late registration fee.
Your pre-registration makes it possible for NCRS to effectively plan and produce a great convention at a very reasonable cost. Your early registration will minimize the chances that your car will be wait listed, or that you will not be able to attend a particular event. We anticipate significant interest in many events. This will be the largest convention in a number of years. Please, do not wait until the last minute to register. The later you register, the greater the chance of disappointment.
Convention registrations will be confirmed by return mail (mailed every two weeks starting mid-March). Registration packets, meal tickets, shirts and name badges, etc. must be picked up at the NCRS Registration Desk.
Please wear your convention name badge at all times. It is required for admission to all NCRS events.
Cancellation Information NCRS Convention and/or Judging Registration cancellations must be received in writing (U.S. Mail, fax or email- whatever is easiest for you) on or before Monday, June 1, 2010, and will be subject to a $25.00 service charge.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after June 2, 2010. On that date, we confirm all the tours, meals, etc. with our various vendors. If you cannot attend after that late date, the NCRS is still responsible for paying our vendors for anything you ordered: therefore, no refunds.
