2011 NCRS Great Lakes National Convention

Monday July 18 through Friday July 22, 2011

Registration is Open Until May 30, 2011

Don't Miss Out

The NCRS 2011 Great Lakes National Convention is going to be an event not to be missed. Novi, MI is in the middle of what has been and still is the biggest concentration of Automotive business in the world. The Car is King, and the Corvette is the King of Cars. The Michigan Chapter has arranged a huge variety of tours and special events to keep you busy and entertained during your National Convention. There are signs that the economy is starting to come out of the doldrums and it is time to get out and have some fun. What better place to do that than with great cars and great friends at the NCRS National Convention. The Judging and many other activities will be held at the Suburban Collection Showplace (formerly known as the Rock Financial Showplace). Convention hotels are a short distance away and will be serviced with shuttle buses every half hour.

New This Year

Registration can be done ONLINE, or by mail as always including online forms that you can fill out and then mail if you prefer. The online registration is the preferred method as your information is automatically captured into the proper areas for your registration and your activities and your cars to be judged. Every effort has been made and tested to insure that your registration information is accurately entered and stored on our server.

Registration Information

Please register as soon as possible beginning February 1, 2011. Registration forms postmarked prior to February 1, 2011 or incomplete forms will not be processed and will be returned to the sender. Registration forms received in the Cincinnati office after June 1, 2011, will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

After June 1, 2011, you may only register on-site at the convention. You will not be able to register a Corvette for any event, and you will be subject to an additional $40.00 late registration fee.

Your pre-registration makes it possible for NCRS to effectively plan and produce a great convention at a very reasonable cost. Your early registration will minimize the chances that your car will be wait listed, or that you will not be able to attend a particular event. We anticipate significant interest in many events. This will be the largest convention in a number of years. Please, do not wait until the last minute to register. The later you register, the greater the chance of disappointment.

Convention registrations will be confirmed by return mail (mailed every two weeks starting mid-March). Registration packets, meal tickets, shirts and name badges, etc. must be picked up at the NCRS Registration Desk.

Please wear your convention name badge at all times. It is required for admission to all NCRS events.

Cancellation Information NCRS Convention and/or Judging Registration cancellations must be received in writing (U.S. Mail, fax or email- whatever is easiest for you) on or before Monday, June 1, 2011, and will be subject to a $25.00 service charge.

There will be no refunds for cancellations received after June 1, 2011. On that date, we confirm all the tours, meals, etc. with our various vendors. If you cannot attend after that late date, the NCRS is still responsible for paying our vendors for anything you ordered: therefore, no refunds.

There are a number of excellent tours and entertaining activities planned so don't miss out on any of the chances to visit the unique opportunities that abound in this wonderful area of the country. Activities Information.

Tech Sessions and Seminars will be plentiful and super informative. Earn Judging Points as you participate.
