This car was rescued from a barn after sitting for 20 years. It's been
done for 2 years now. I've only driven it once. It had one repaint in
the early 80's and still wears that paint. Only a quick sand and buff
was needed. It was pretty well preserved in the barn, but the motor was
locked up.

Probably the biggest thing about the car is that it cost me 37 cents,(
price of a stamp in 2004). I won the car in a LaRosa's Pizza
promotion,(50th anniversary giveaway).
3,230 of the 3,640 Corvette made in 1954 were painted Polo White. The
other colors were Pennant Blue (300), Sportsman Red (100) and Black(10) |
