See email below regarding help for the NCRS Regional Meet to be held at Bob McDorman 9-11 Sept 2010

Regional II Chapter Members - Queen City and Heart of Ohio Chapters are in
need of some volunteers for the McDorman Regional September 9 to 11. Below
I have listed the various jobs we need volunteers for:

 

Car Parking - need about 5 people (one as group leader + 4 or more) to direct
show cars to assigned spots Trailer Parking - need about 5 people (one as
group leader + 4 or more) to direct drivers to trailer parking lot Signs -
directional signs to guide NCRS show cars & trailers to the proper entrance
and parking area

may be able to borrow some from other chapters - maybe Michigan
Sponsor signs
Name Tags - print with Regional Logo and person's name (also maybe the NCRS#)
Registration/check in table - requires at least 4 people each day.
Shuttle drivers - round trips between show field and hotels
Tab Team Leader & team - will need one leader + a min. of 3 others
Schedule - typing and printing - will need 2 for every entry. (Will need
tentative schedule to print in Driveline) Donations - One group leader from
Cinci & one from Columbus area and at least 4 people from each area to start
no later than the first of March soliciting cash donations to pay for meals
& supplies; product donations for door prizes & silent auction (Suggestion:
One Chapter raised money by selling spots in a Sponsor Book- $10 for
business card (one page held about 4 copies of cards), $25 for 1/2 page ad
and $50 for full page. This worked very well. Will need someone to
volunteer to print the book also.) Goodie Bags - One group leader and at
least 4 from each area to solicit local businesses

I know Region II can put on a fantastic Regional - so please pick a job and
we will be off and running - we cannot do it without YOU!!!!
