Lynn Skipper , a passionate man who’s interests centered around his two favorite hobbies, Corvettes and Fishing. Lynn was a long time active member of the NCCC,
Master judge, Secretary, News editor and Top Flight Administrator for the Florida Chapter. His enthusiasm for the Florida Chapter to succeed
was only unsurpassed by attending and active involvement of NCRS events in and outside of the Florida Chapter. Lynn will be missed but never forgotten.
