This if the 1965 Late to 1966 Corvette Scissor Jacks Version III. This version eliminated the use of Sealed Ball Bearings, and the change to using two medal washers with a Plastic Washer in between. This allowed a small reduction of cost with the savings of Ball Bearing. Again, these are no longer in production.
