The Nebraska Chapter would like to invite you to our "Last Blast 2020" Fall Flight / Concours Judging and Judging Schools event.  This will be a 2 day, 5 point weekend for anyone that is able to attend and judge on both Friday & Saturday and attend the Friday/Saturday Judging Schools.  We are now accepting applications for Corvettes for Flight and Concours Judging.  Our plan is to select at least one Corvette from each generation to present a good variety of Corvettes for judging.

We would also like to extend a welcome to all Sportsman Corvettes as well as anyone needing an additional Bowtie, Duntov, McLellan MOE or any other Display as part of a National Award requirement.  Judging & Displays will be inside a climate controlled private jet hangar with plenty of room for judging, socializing and special Corvette displays.  There will be a special Reserved Display parking area just outside the entrance door for all other Corvettes driven to the event.  Observer Judges and NCRS members that do not want to judge are also welcome to participate in the judging schools, tech session, meals and learn more about the NCRS Judging Process.

This year we are adding a museum tour to kick off our NCRS Judging weekend.  Lincoln Nebraska is home to the Museum of American Speed which is a crown jewel of the automotive world.  The Smith Family started Speedway Motors in the 1950s and built it into a worldwide empire of automobile race and speed parts & equipment.  Over the years, "Speedy Bill" Smith amassed a world class collection of cars & automobila, one of one factory experimental engines, Indy cars & parts, Offenhauser and Miller race cars & parts, pedal cars & toys that are the envy of the automotive world.  The Museum of American Speed is over 135,000 sq/ft on 3 floors and it literally cannot be described even after seeing it in person.  The NCRS Nebraska Chapter has secured a private tour of the museum on Friday Morning prior to the Judging Event and you will not want to miss it!  More information about the museum with a small sampling of their collection of cars and automoblila can be found on their website:

https://www.museumofamericanspeed.com/

Your $65 dollar registration fee includes the tour of the Museum of American Speed, 2 days of judging, judging schools, Friday lunch, Friday night Social Hour, catered Friday night dinner on the judging floor, Saturday morning coffee & rolls as well as Saturday lunch.  Socializing with NCRS friends after the judging is complete is part of the fun and we have created this event with all meals and social events included as part of the registration so you do not have to pick and choose each meal or event to participate in.  If attending as a husband/wife, there is a second meal charge of $30 to cover the additional food costs.

With many NCRS Events cancelled this year, we expect a great turnout for this event as our NCRS family gets back to normal.  Our 2019 event had NCRS Members from 9 states & Canada and we are looking to set a new record for attendance in 2020.  One of the highlights of our 2019 event was a catered dinner on the judging floor on Friday night.  Again in 2020 we will enjoy a Friday night social hour followed by dinner surrounded by great friends and Top Flight Corvettes.  This is an event you will not want to miss.  The Nebraska Chapter is small and we appreciate the help from our neighboring NCRS chapter members to help make this a new location a huge success.

We come for the Corvettes and stay for the People!
