Biography
Chas had been a long time member of the NCRS National and the Texas Chapter and lived in Houston. In past years he attended many NCRS events, both local and out of Houston, in particular the annual Road Tour. He was raised in El Paso, Texas where he enjoyed automotive pursuits from an early age.
