Rogers Craig Stevens, Jr. (September 07, 1940 - June 21, 2017) was born in Washington, DC and lived in Lumberport, WV before moving to Daytona Beach, FL. He was a graduate of the University of Maryland, an Air Force pilot during Viet Nam and retired Right of Way Agent for the WV Division of Highways.
Rogers was a NASCAR enthusiast, a Life Member of the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY, a Life Member of the National Council of Corvette Clubs, an Honorary Life Member of Central WV Corvette Club and in 1982, a Founding Member of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Corvette Restorers Society.
