Founding Member of the Western New York Chapter of NCRS.
Frank worked for over 35 years for Rochester Products Division of General Motors. His career began with research and testing of the original mechanical fuel injection components and ended with the fuel delivery system for the ZR-1 Corvette. Frank was especially proud of the recognition he received for his many contributions to fuel injection at the 1997 NCRS National Convention in Lake Placid.

Prior to his retirement from Rochester Products, he was involved in the development of the early "Ramjet" Fuel Injection used by Chevrolet from 1957 through 1965.
