Josiah (Joe) E Chess of Houghton Lake, Michigan was a founding member of the National Corvette Restorers Society. Joe and his wife Gertrude were a big part of the early years of the NCRS. Joe served as Secretary for many years and both helped with running the NCRS events. Joe was a Corvette enthusiast and owned and restored many Corvettes. He is missed.
